Introduction

Niraj has a robust background in specialist support coordination, advocacy, and aiding individuals with disabilities in both community-based and judicial contexts. Niraj has excellent knowledge of the NDIS service environment, and Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and have 16 years of experience working with people who live with a cognitive disability, ASD, AOD and mental illness. For the last 11 years, Niraj has been working as a Specialist/Support Coordinator and has proven results of successfully improving clients’ lives with complex needs and BOCs.

Niraj’s educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Health and Human Service Management (specialising in inclusion & disability), a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Diploma in Community Welfare Studies. 

Specailist

Niraj is from a culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) background and brings international experience, having previously worked in development roles for six years before relocating to Australia. Notably, he served as a Project Facilitator and Documentation Officer funded by the European Union/Save the Children/Japan in Nepal, focusing on advocacy and inclusive education in challenging environments.
